AuDHD Coach Alaa

My name is Alaa, and I am an AuDHD coach.

I am here to guide autistic and ADHD adults to embrace and understand their needs and brains so they can live with it, not against it.

My goal is to guide you to be in touch with your true self, trust yourself in your life journey as a human being, and get in touch with your intelligence.

By working with everyone in their unique way, I can empower you to embrace your authentic self and show up in the world in a way that is accommodating to your needs.

About me

I committed to providing the support and guidance needed for individuals to thrive.

As a big sister, therapist, and compassionate human being all in one, I possess a natural ability to listen with empathy and understanding.

I am passionate about reframing problems and doing whatever it takes to support and uplift those I care about.

As someone who is neurodivergent, specifically as an autistic ADHDer, I intimately understand the challenges of discrimination and bullying in society.

I don’t claim to have all the answers or use a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I meet my clients where they are and work collaboratively to develop personalized solutions.

I firmly believe that everyone is an expert on themselves and deserves to be heard, to take up space, and to ask for help.

My authenticity as an AuDHDer ensures that everything I say comes from the heart.

My purpose is not driven by money but rather by the desire to effect positive change, provide support, and create a brave space for individuals to express themselves freely.

With the proper support, everyone can overcome obstacles and honor their true selves.

Statement of Scope and Competency

I will provide personalized, inclusive solutions by collaborating closely with my clients, promoting their well-being and growth.

I intend to create a non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore inner safety through consent and clarity.

It’s important to note that my services do not replace mental health treatments or therapy.

I am committed to working within the boundaries of my expertise and scope of practice to support your journey.

I acknowledge that I am a white presenting/passing, Muslim, mixed Saudi Moroccan person who has a bachelor’s degree in Occupational therapy. I can pass as a neurotypical and abled body. Also, I stopped working eight hours a day. I recognized the level of privilege that allowed me to follow my passion for supporting other neurodivergent individuals by becoming a coach. In addition, I live in one of the safest countries in the world.

In my position as a person who learned English and is a neurodivergent ( autistic + ADHD) disabled individual with mostly stable mental health. I allow myself to generate some level of compassion toward my lived experiences.

I am committed to doing better by learning, listening, and looking at how I can decolonize my business and grow through an anti-racist lens.
