In recent years, I realized that I am an AuDHDer after a lot of questions that I used to ask myself about why I am different from the people that I meet.
I visited a lot of mental health providers, and no one was trying to listen to me and understand me.
So, after discovering I am an AuDHDer, I tried to find a community where I could be safe and connect with others like me made by an AuDHDer.
Most of the services that I found aimed to help children and few services for adults were led by neurotypicals.
I decided to make the change and create this community I designed, one AuDHDer, to serve other AuDHDers and shift their perspective from surviving to thriving in this world.
Why did I create this program?
I created this program because many of us struggle to survive by conforming to neurotypical standards, often at the expense of our well-being.
We push ourselves to the point of burnout, unaware of our limitations.
If this resonates with you, know that I understand, I see you, and I’ve been there myself.
My goal is to guide you in discovering your true self and values, shedding the expectations imposed by neurotypicals. I am here to help you thrive and find a meaningful life that aligns with your needs and values.
Let’s create a space to connect, support each other, and realize that you are not alone.
Who is it for?
Are you tired of conforming to neurotypical standards but afraid to let your true self shine?
Do you often feel misunderstood by others, only to be blamed or invalidated when seeking help?
Are you feeling lost in this vast world and struggling to find your desired career path?
Is setting boundaries constantly challenging as you prioritize others’ needs over your own?
Are you looking to connect with other AuDHDers in a supportive community?
